Real Next Level – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and related policies (such as our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)).
1) General Principles
- Services must only be used for lawful purposes.
- Customers are responsible for their own content and activities, as well as those of end-users accessing their Services.
- Violations of this AUP may result in suspension, termination, or legal action, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
2) Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
a) Illegal or Harmful Use
- Engaging in, promoting, or facilitating illegal activities (e.g., fraud, money laundering, terrorism, piracy).
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Operating phishing websites, scams, or other deceptive practices.
b) Network & Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
- Conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scans, vulnerability scans, or any disruptive network activity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services or networks.
c) Email & Messaging Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), commercial messages, or chain letters.
- Maintaining open mail relays or mail bombing.
- Sending emails with forged headers or misleading information.
d) Intellectual Property & Content Violations
- Hosting, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
- Hosting warez, cracked software, or pirated media.
- Using Services for trademark, patent, or trade secret infringement.
e) Offensive & Restricted Content
- Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), pornography involving minors, or content exploiting vulnerable groups.
- Content that promotes hate speech, racism, violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.
- Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening material directed at individuals or groups.
f) Resource Abuse
- Running resource-intensive applications (e.g., cryptocurrency mining, video encoding) without explicit authorization.
- Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth consumption impacting other customers.
- Circumventing service limitations or attempting to subvert usage monitoring systems.
g) Other Prohibited Uses
- Operating public proxy services, VPNs, or anonymizers intended for abuse.
- Engaging in resale of Services without authorization.
- Any use that may expose Real Next Level to civil or criminal liability.
3) Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure end-users and third parties using your Services also comply with this AUP.
- Take reasonable security measures, including strong passwords and regular updates.
- Promptly respond to abuse complaints or security incidents reported to you or forwarded by us.
4) Enforcement & Remedies
- We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
- In the event of violation, we may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
- Warning the Customer,
- Suspending or terminating Services,
- Blocking access to offending content,
- Notifying relevant authorities or cooperating with law enforcement,
- Recovering costs for damages caused by violations.

6) Changes to this AUP
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
