Real Next Level – Terms of Service
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and related policies (such as our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)).1) Definitions
- Customer/User: Any individual or legal entity that purchases, uses, or accesses the Services.
- Services: Domain registration/transfer, hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL, licenses, backups, email, and other related products.
- Control Panel: The online platform through which the Customer manages Services.
- Content: All data, software, files, and material uploaded or processed by the Customer using the Services.
2) Scope & Acceptance
By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement and related policies. We may update these Terms and policies as required; material changes will be published on our site and/or communicated by email.
3) Eligibility, Registration & Security
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
- We may require identity verification or supporting documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
4) Use of Services & AUP
Customer agrees to use Services in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or maintaining open relays,
- DDoS attacks, port scanning, hacking attempts, malware distribution,
- Hosting infringing content, pirated software, or engaging in copyright/trademark violations,
- Phishing, identity theft, fraud, or unlawful activities,
- Hosting illegal content or content violating privacy, hate speech, or violent material,
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse without prior authorization,
- Activities that negatively impact service availability for other customers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services in case of violations, with or without prior notice, depending on severity.
5) Domain Names (ICANN/Registry Rules)
- Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are subject to ICANN and relevant registry policies.
- Accurate WHOIS information must be maintained. Failure to do so may result in suspension or deletion.
- Domain fees are non-refundable. Expired domains may enter grace/redemption periods with additional fees.
- Disputes (e.g., UDRP, DMCA) will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
6) Hosting, VPS & Dedicated Servers
- Management: Unless specified otherwise, VPS and dedicated servers are provided as “self-managed.” Managed services are available for an additional fee.
- Fair Use: Shared hosting resources (CPU, RAM, IO) are subject to fair use policies. Excessive usage may result in suspension.
- IP Addresses: Assigned IP addresses are leased and must be returned upon termination. Misuse (e.g., spam) may result in blacklisting.
- Software Licenses: Third-party licenses (cPanel, Plesk, Windows) must be used in accordance with vendor terms.
7) Data, Backups & Security
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data. We may offer backup services, but we do not guarantee availability or integrity.
- Customers are solely responsible for their content. Compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is required.
8) Service Availability & SLA
- We aim for high availability and may specify uptime commitments (e.g., 99.9%) on product pages.
- Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
- Downtime caused by third-party failures, force majeure, or customer misconfigurations is excluded from SLA guarantees.
9) Support Scope
- Support channels and hours are published on our website.
- Self-managed plans exclude OS/software/application configuration. Managed plans include specified support scope.
- For security, we may request account verification before providing assistance.
10) Billing, Payments & Taxes
- Service fees and currencies are displayed on product pages. Applicable taxes may apply.
- Services are billed in advance. Renewal is automatic if enabled. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other supported options.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension or termination.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension and permanent account closure.
11) Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)
- Domains: Non-refundable after registration.
- Hosting: Eligible for refund within specified “X days money-back guarantee,” if stated.
- VPS/Dedicated: Non-refundable once provisioned. Hardware failures are handled by repair/replacement.
- Third-party Licenses/SSL: Non-refundable.

12) Intellectual Property & Content
- All trademarks, logos, and platforms belong to Real Next Level or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Customers retain ownership of their content but grant us the right to host, transmit, and process it as required to provide Services.
- DMCA and copyright infringement notices must be properly submitted; offending content may be removed.
13) Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers (data centers, software vendors, registries). Customers must comply with their policies and license terms.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Real Next Level shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business). Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15) Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16) Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, violations, legal requirements, or security threats.
- Data may be deleted after termination. Customers must back up their data prior to account closure.
17) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, power or network failures).
18) Assignment, Severability
- Customers may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent.
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21) Effective Date
This Agreement takes effect on the date it is published on our website and replaces any previous versions. Updates will be announced via website or email.
