Real Next Level – Domain Registration Agreement
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and related policies (such as our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)).
1) ICANN & Registry Requirements
- Domain registrations are subject to the rules, policies, and procedures established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) and the applicable registry operator.
- By registering a domain, you agree to comply with the ICANN Registrants’ Rights and Responsibilities and the ICANN Whois Accuracy Program.
- Registry-specific policies (for gTLDs and ccTLDs) may apply in addition to this Agreement. Customers must review and comply with those policies.
2) Registration Information
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information (name, address, email, phone, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information throughout the life of the domain name.
- Failure to maintain accurate registration data or respond to verification requests may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain.
3) Whois & Privacy Services
- Domain registration data is published in the WHOIS database as required by ICANN and applicable registries, unless a privacy/proxy service is used where available.
- If you choose WHOIS privacy/proxy services, you acknowledge that disclosure of underlying registrant information may still be required by law, ICANN, registry rules, or to resolve disputes.
4) Term, Renewal & Expiration
- Domain names are registered for a fixed term (e.g., 1–10 years, depending on the TLD).
- You are responsible for monitoring expiration dates and ensuring timely renewal. Automated renewal may be available but is not guaranteed.
- Expired domains may enter grace or redemption periods with additional recovery fees as set by the registry.
- Real Next Level is not liable for expired or deleted domains due to failure to renew on time.
5) Transfers
- Domain transfers are subject to ICANN transfer policies and registry-specific requirements.
- Domains must be unlocked, and transfer authorization codes (EPP/Auth codes) must be provided to complete transfers.
- Transfers may be restricted within 60 days of registration, renewal, or prior transfer, as per ICANN rules.
6) Fees & Payments
- All registration, renewal, transfer, and redemption fees must be paid in full prior to processing.
- Domain fees are non-refundable once a registration, transfer, or renewal has been successfully completed.
- Pricing may vary by TLD and is subject to change at any time.
7) Registrant Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate contact information,
- Renewing domain names before expiration,
- Using domains in compliance with applicable laws, ICANN policies, and registry requirements,
- Avoiding infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
8) Suspension, Cancellation & Disputes
- We may suspend, cancel, or transfer a domain registration:
- To comply with ICANN or registry policies,
- To comply with court orders, UDRP/URS decisions, or other legal processes,
- If provided information is inaccurate, false, or not maintained,
- If the domain is used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable laws.
- Domain disputes may be resolved through ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS).
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Next Level shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from domain registration, renewal, transfer, suspension, or deletion, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected domain registration during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12) Effective Date
This Domain Registration Agreement becomes effective on the date of publication and supersedes any prior domain-related agreements. Updates will be posted on our website.
